involves as many local personnel as possible
in any clearance programme. Typically local staff will be trained
and employed as:
- De-miners
- Trauma medics
- Drivers, plant operators, mechanics and store
men
- Operations, admin and logistics staff
On completion of a programme the local staff
is able to form the nucleus of a local clearance capability |
